Rahim Jaffer, former conservative MP plead guilty to careless driving charges, and must pay a $500 fine. Now, Jaffer had been charged with impaired driving, speeding, and possession of cocaine, but those charges were dropped. He will donate $500 to charity. "I'm relieved he said"...I guess he is.
