Huntsville Town Hall re-opens after being hacked
The Town of Huntsville is advising that Town Hall will reopen to the public today, with limited services. The municipality says precautionary measures have impacted some of their systems and online applications and they advise you call ahead to confirm whether your request can be serviced at 705-789-1751.
Some town email addresses continue to be impacted by the Town’s precautionary measures and you may experience delays in getting a response.
The Canada Summit Centre remains open; The Algonquin Theatre day camp is also running; and The Library continues to be open.
Council also decided to go ahead with a special council meeting today, that was previously postponed.
The municipality continues to recover from a recent cyber security breach discovered on the weekend.
